2 Tbsp – vanilla almond milk, unsweetened

2 Tbsp – 100% pure pumpkin by libby’s

1/2 tsp – pure vanilla extract

1/2 Tbsp – Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener –

1/3 Cup(s) – Kodiak Pancake Mix

1/2 tsp – pumpkin pie spice

1 Tbsp – mini semisweet chocolate chips

1 large egg

Recipe Instructions

1. Spray mug with cooking spray. whisk milk, pumpkin, egg, vanilla and monk fruit together. Stir in the remaining ingredients 
2. Microwave for 60-90 seconds. Enjoy warm. Top with zero calorie syrup if desired or spray whipped cream (Will add Cals)
